Signs Your Roof Needs Repairing
You can spot most faults without a ladder. Roof trouble usually shows from the garden or from inside. If any of these sound familiar, call us and we will check your roof properly.
- A ceiling mark that grows - if it spreads or darkens after rain, water is coming through your roof above it.
- Slates or tiles out of place - one slipped tile leaves an opening, and its neighbours on your roof are often loose as well.
- Pieces on the path - fragments of slate, tile or mortar on the ground have usually come from your roof.
- Light showing in the loft - if daylight can reach your loft, so can the rain.
- A dip along the ridge - a sag you can see from the road is worth having us check from above.
